SAS welcomes individuals worldwide who are interested in astronomical research. The membership fee is $25 per year, and the membership period runs from July 1 to June 30 of each year.
Membership benefits include an electronic newsletter and discounted registration fee for the annual Symposium on Telescope Science. Members who are not able to attend the symposium can receive a bound volume of the proceedings upon request.
